Summary: The life of a criminal is not so simple. How did he end up on this path? Will things start to work out for him? After a life like his, rediscovering love can be a difficult task, but not impossible.
Would I read it again? Yes, but maybe I'll wait a little longer to reread it because, as I said, it's a strong plot, containing scenes of violence and rape.
Opinion: It's a heavy manga. A very strong story that made me experience joy, anger, sadness, empathy. A roller coaster of emotions. As I said about the anime, I refuse to accept this ending.
Final thoughts (Spoiler Alert): I recommend reading it at least once in your life. It shows that nothing is so bad that it can't get worse and, at the same time, it shows that we should always have hope. I love Ash and Eiji and how their relationship develops. Two different worlds that, for me, complement each other, and with this union, teach them both a lot. Despite all the suffering, it is still possible to find love ♥.
