Summary: A very light, sugar-sweet romance to watch when you just want to relax. There are jealous characters, misunderstandings, backstabbers — a little bit of everything — plus a very handsome male lead.
Would I watch it again? Yes. And honestly, I’ve already watched it several times. When I don’t want to think too much, I rewatch it depending on my mood.
Opinion: A good drama to keep up your sleeve.
Final thoughts (may contain spoilers): One thing I understand but still bothers me is how the in-game characters are played by the same actors. It makes it easier to follow without mixing up who’s who, but it’s strange. And in that video they make to mock Luwei Weiwei, the in-game character is her friend… they definitely slipped up there because it made absolutely no sense.
The acting could have had more emotion, more spark in the kiss scenes, and the open-eyes kiss gives me so much secondhand embarrassment. Really weird.
The “golden children” annoy me a lot, and I usually skip their scenes when I rewatch (^.^)
There are also more episodes than necessary, which means a lot of filler, but at least things get resolved in the end.
