Summary:  Kou Shurei dreams of becoming an officer, an almost impossible dream, since at the time the exam could only be taken by men. She is extremely strong and fights for what she believes in. In pursuit of her dream, she will prove to everyone that being a woman does not mean she cannot do this or that. There is romance too!

Opinion:  I love the strength of the main character, following her dream and always overcoming difficulties and giving her best. The anime itself is great, but it's a little long, 78 episodes is a lot, which usually means that the plot will evolve slowly. The characters are well crafted and developed, which is a relief, because with so many episodes, the least we expect is good development.

Final thoughts (Spoiler alert):  My rating wasn't higher only because of the ending, and because, honestly, I started shipping the main character with a villain who appeared along the way, so the predestined couple became boring to me after he appeared. Female power rocks in this anime, and not even love will take the focus away from her dream.
