Opinion: I had zero expectations for this anime, but I had a lot of fun watching it, and yes, in my opinion, it's very funny. It could have had more episodes; I thought it ended too quickly and could have been developed better.
Final thoughts (Spoiler alert): I was unsure if anything would happen in this anime and if it did, if Kouichi would survive Caius' precious. I put off watching it for a long time because I didn't think it would be any good, but since I saw so many recommendations, I ended up watching it and loved it.
